FECA and OWCP Federal Worker Injury Packet Automation
Federal worker injury workflows can involve traumatic injury notices, occupational disease claims, compensation claims, time analysis, duty status reports, physician reports, medical reimbursement, and travel reimbursement. DullyPDF can help prepare and review the PDF packet while OWCP, ECOMP, agency procedure, and FECA rules control filing and benefits decisions.

FECA and OWCP packets repeat employee, agency, incident, medical, and claim data
A federal employee injury workflow can start with CA-1 for traumatic injury or CA-2 for occupational disease, then later require CA-7 compensation claims, CA-7A time analysis, CA-17 duty status reports, CA-20 physician reports, OWCP-915 medical reimbursement, or OWCP-957 travel refund requests. The forms serve different moments, but employee identity, agency, supervisor, claim number, injury date, treating provider, duty status, and reimbursement details repeat.
DullyPDF should support document preparation and review only. It does not file through ECOMP, determine compensability, authorize treatment, calculate wage loss, or replace agency and OWCP instructions.
Start with the forms that match the injury, compensation, duty status, and reimbursement workflow
A first FECA packet should be built around the case stage. CA-1 and CA-2 are initial notice forms. CA-7 and CA-7A support compensation and time analysis. CA-17 and CA-20 support medical and duty-status reporting. OWCP-915 and OWCP-957A or OWCP-957B support reimbursement workflows.
These forms should be validated with non-production test data before they are used with a real claim. The review should focus on role separation, claim number fields, dates, provider data, agency contact fields, and signature-adjacent fields.

Use a claim schema that separates employee, agency, incident, medical, compensation, and reimbursement roles
FECA packets are role-heavy. The injured worker, supervisor, employing agency reviewer, physician, pharmacy, mileage claimant, pay office, and OWCP case record should be named distinctly in the schema.
Search and Fill can use a case export when claim data already exists. Fill By Link can collect supporting details, but staff should review the generated PDFs against the official DOL source before upload, mailing, or retention.

OWCP, ECOMP, and employing-agency instructions control filing and benefits decisions
DullyPDF can fill and organize PDFs for review. It does not submit forms through ECOMP, decide compensability, calculate benefits, authorize care, or advise on FECA rights. Some forms may need to be filed electronically by agencies or handled through specific OWCP processes.
Before using a completed packet, verify the current DOL forms page, ECOMP requirements, agency instructions, filing deadlines, signature requirements, and claim-specific OWCP guidance.
